There are many sites offering templates to download for free but you really do get what you pay for! More often than not the code behind the pretty facade is extremely bloated and a nightmare to understand if you want to customise it to your own requirements as, I can assure you, you will.
Whilst looking at templates is a great way to get ideas and suchlike, I will ensure that you have a great looking site built to your specifications using the current web standards.

If you search for the term "SEO" you will find a barrage of sites promising you top ranking with Google and suchlike. SEO is considered something of a black art. Whilst I can't promise you top ranking on Google and other search engines I shall however ensure that good SEO practises are built into your web site: the way every file is named, the directory structure used, appropriate usage of all the meta tags and image tags, and good code layout and sequence to ensure maximum readability for search engine robots.
